The latest Windows 10 build has an issue that prevents users from getting the Xbox 360 headset fix from cloudX, Microsoft said Wednesday.
The fix, available from the Microsoft Download Center, should fix the issue.
The problem is not related to a specific issue with cloudX hardware or software, a Microsoft spokesperson told Ars.
“The fix will only be available for the latest Windows builds.
You will need to manually install the fix to resolve the issue.”
Microsoft is updating the Xbox One to fix the problem.
This update is already available for Windows 10 Insider Preview builds and will be available in the Creators Update, which is expected to be released on September 26.
Microsoft released the Xbox one to the public in May 2016, but it was only available in a limited number of retail outlets.
Windows 10 will ship with a limited version of the Xbox headset, but this is the first time Microsoft has announced that it will ship a full version of its headset.
